Clinical Supervision

I offer clinical supervision to anyone registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I have completed the University of Ottawa's "Foundations of Clinical Supervision" course as well as the Crisis and Trauma Resource Institute (CTRI)'s "Clinical Supervision" workshop. I have been providing clinical supervision for over 4 years to therapists of all experience levels ranging from master's level student interns to senior therapists.

I know firsthand how essential it is to have quality supervision in this profession. As with my clients, I want my supervisees to feel safe, supported, and valued. I closely follow the CRPO guidelines to structure the purpose of a supervisor-supervisee relationship: "to discuss the direction of therapy and the therapeutic relationship; promote the professional growth of the supervisee; enhance the supervisee’s safe and effective use of self in the therapeutic relationship; and safeguard the well-being of the client."
